NEW! Join our new weekly guided walking group and improve your health, wellbeing and fitness at a steady pace. This is a great way to meet new people and enjoy the great outdoors and fresh air. 

The initial aim is to walk a mile in an hour, starting and finishing at the Stour Centre. There will be 5 different routes and in time some will be able to complete more than a mile in the hour.

The sessions will take place on a Wednesday (meet at the Stour Centre entrance) from 12.30 to 13.30 and cost just £3.30 for non members and are free to direct debit members.
