The Health Suite at the Stour Centre is located next to the gym and is the perfect way to relax after your workout. The health spa provides a Jacuzzi, steam-room and sauna or you can just simply rest on a recliner and enjoy the peace and quiet.
The Health Suite is available free of charge to all Direct Debit members and on a pay as you go basis to everyone over the age of 16.
The health suite opening hours are:
Monday - Thursday 07.00 - 21.15
Friday 07.00 - 20.15
Saturday 08.30 - 16.15
Sunday 08.30 - 19.15
