Our fully qualified and motivating Personal Trainers understand that everyone is unique, with individual fitness goals, and can offer bespoke advice, support, guidance and motivation to help you achieve these. Personal training is available during our opening times to provide in-depth one-to-one based coaching, guidance and support, and is also available in pairs.


The team can also provide an initial free health check and assessment which will include; blood pressure and body composition.
