Ashford Leisure Trust runs over 30 different Group Fitness classes and over 160 individual sessions across its facilities in Ashford every week. Why not try out the fantastic spin studio with over 50 classes per week? Classes include Les Mills Sprint a 30 minute high intensity class and Les Mills Virtual RPM with an on screen instructor taking you through a 30 or 45 RPM class.

We also offer functional training classes at the Stour Centre held on the gym floor utilising a functional training rig that includes: battle ropes, weights, corebags, medicine balls, kettleballs and a suspension trainer. Sessions will run on:
Monday to Friday at 07.00 and 17.30, Friday at 12.15 and Sunday 09.00
