The Stour Centre also hosts an extensive, specialist cardio-rehabilitation programme to improve cardio-vascular fitness under supervised and controlled conditions. The sessions include practical guidance on subjects such as stress management and nutrition.

Our fully qualified team of exercise on referral co-ordinators and specialist fitness instructors spend time to understand the referral members' personal circumstances in order to provide tailored advice, support and direction in an unpressured and inclusive environment. Individuals currently supported on the programme include those suffering from a whole range of medical conditions including: Phase 3 cardiac, neurological, musculo-skeleto, obesity and renal problems.
