Karate Jutsu Kai - An established Martial Arts system with international recognition. Founded by the renowned Kancho Bernard Creton (9th dan), the style strives to provide a system of self defence with traditional values. The Ashford Dojo is based at the Stour Centre. The club was opened by Bernard in the mid 1970's and is firmly established as one of the longest running Karate clubs in Ashford, Kent.
Kent Karate Schools - Run Karate classes in the River room at the Stour Centre on Saturday mornings between 11.20am-12.20pm and from 17.00 to 18.00 on Wednesdays.
Jasmin Vardimon Dance Company - Jasmin Vardimon Company is an Arts Council England regular funded organisation, based at the Stour Centre, Ashford, Kent. The company tour nationally and internationally and is dedicated to the choreography of Artistic Director, Jasmin Vardimon – Associate Artist of Sadler’s Wells since 2006.
Ashford Town Swimming Club is a competitive swimming club based at the Stour Centre. The aim of the club is to provide a safe environment for children to maximise their potential in a friendly, enjoyable atmosphere. The club is run by unpaid volunteers who have been CRB checked and hold nationally recognised swim teaching qualifications.
Ashford Athletics Club (AAC) - is one of Kent's better known and most active athletics clubs. They offer coaching for a range of athletics events for all abilities and for ages 11+.
AAC also now offer coaching sessions from school years 5-6; introducing the children to training sessions, whilst including the element of athletics enjoyment. These sessions are held on Thursday evenings 17:45-19:00. Please email email@example.com for more information.

Ashford and District Road Running Club - Established in 1988 and based at Sandyacres Sports & Social Club in Ashford, Ashford and District RRC take part in road running, cross country and long-distance walking.
