New Adult Judo!

Do you fancy trying an Olympic sport which is highly-motivating and rewarding? If you want a fun-fuelled, new experience then judo (meaning ‘the gentle way’), will see you develop your fitness levels, balance, coordination and flexibility in a no-pressure environment. No prior experience of judo or any sport is required.  

Come and give it a try! Starting on 17th April a new community judo coaching session for people aged 14+ and led by a British Judo Association qualified coach. Sessions will run every Tuesday (except during school holidays) between 5.30 – 6.30pm

Cost: £2.50 per session.

Adult Disability Cricket 

Adults sessions run between 10.30am & 11.30am in the main hall every Tuesday (except during the school holidays) and cost £3.00 per person. Click here for more information

Adult Trampolining

A session for adults between 7pm and 9pm every Friday in the Main Hall. £3.60 for members and £4.20 for non members.

Adult Badminton Club

Turn up and enjoy an evening of singles or doubles matches. Basic badminton skills are required. A supervisor is present to assist with the running of these sessions.

Evergreen Badminton Club

A join in and play session for those who are 50+ and wish to take part in an afternoon of badminton. All abilities welcome.
