LITTLE BUDS

Little Buds is a fun, structured programme that introduces children aged 2-5 years old, to a wide range of FUNdamental motor skills which help build co-ordination, balance, agility and a life long love of sports. Courses run at each of our centres but places do need to be booked in advance. Download the brochure here .

Times: 09.30-10.15am

Days: Mondays

ATHLETICS FOR CHILDREN

Courses are run every week during term time. All coaches are CRB checked.

JULIE ROSE JUNIORS

Julie Rose Juniors is an athletics coaching scheme designed for young people aged 5 – 14 years. The scheme covers all aspects of athletics including running, jumping and throwing as well as fitness, conditioning and agility. Click here for more detailed information about the sessions.

Athletes will follow a structured programme of activities and will be awarded with certificates/badges for attaining certain levels of achievement as part of the UK Athletics Academy Award Scheme.

Julie Rose Juniors works in partnership with Ashford Athletic Club and acts as a feeder to the clubs junior section. A range of competition opportunities will be available to athletes taking part in the scheme.

Sessions run throughout the week on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoon from 17:00 to 18:15
