Little Buds - Sports sessions run at each of our centres providing a fun introduction to athletics and are designed to help pre-school youngsters build coordination balance and agility skills. Click here for more information.

Julie Rose Juniors - Working in partnership with Ashford Athletics club, junior athletes (aged 5-11) follow a structured programme of activities leading to certified achievements under the UK Athletics Academy Award Scheme. Click here for more information.

Aviva Startrack Holiday courses - Specialist courses run by fully licensed UK coaches and run during the school holidays for young people aged between 7-16. Click here for more information.

Athletics and Cross Country Masterclasses - Designed to develop more specialist athletics skills, and run during the school holidays, these half day classes are run by nationally acclaimed certified coaches for young people between the ages of 7-16. Click here for more information.

Disabled Athletics Courses - Specialist courses run throughout the year providing specialist coaching for young people aged 14-25 years with a disability.
