Find peace and contentment through traditional forms of relaxation to restore health and balance. Our beginners sessions  are an ideal start for those new to yoga and participants are recommended to attend this class for several sessions before booking on to the intermediate yoga course. 

Yoga Classes are run at the Julie Rose Stadium and both members and non members are welcome.

Julie Rose Stadium class details:

Beginner classes (pay as you go)

Monday        19.00 - 20.00 with Katy

Wednesday  09.30 - 11.00 with Katy

Intermediate course (10 weeks)

Monday       20.00 - 21.30  with Katy

Booking is essential as spaces are limited.
