Group Fitness Class Changes May 2017

Ashford Leisure Trust runs over 30 different Group Fitness classes and over 160 individual sessions across its facilities in Ashford every week. Why not try out the fantastic spin studio studio with and over 50 classes per week? Classes include Les Mills Sprint a 30 minute high intensity class and Les Mills Virtual RPM with an on screen instructor taking you through a 30 or 45 RPM class.
